You are cordially invited to join AAHFN for the 2013 9th Annual Conference, being held June 27-29, 2013, in Montréal, Québec, Canada.The theme of this year’s program is Montréal: A Heart Beat Away: Expanding the Heart Failure Community. We are pleased to offer you an opportunity to attend a great conference, network with other heart failure professionals, learn about health care in another country, and visit a vibrant city that is often referred to as the "Paris of the north." Although there is a definite border between the US and Canada, there is no border for heart failure nursing. We face similar problems regardless of whether we are north or south of the line. Heart failure nursing knows no boundary; let us collaborate to improve heart failure care across North America and eventually the world.
