Datatel Opens its Doors to Small Distributor Summit Attendees

Small Distributor Summit attendees will have the unique opportunity to tour the Datatel Resources Corp. plant on Friday, Sept. 16. Visitors taking advantage of this event can view live demonstrations of:

  • The "soft" and "hard" proofing processes
  • How the advanced computer-to-plate technology results in a press ready plate
  • The entire digital workflow process and how it enables printers to work within timeframes that would have been near impossible without today's technology
  • The automated packaging system for cut sheets
  • An "in-line" camera system that demonstrates how print quality can be observed through the use of video monitors
  • How the packaging of jumbo roll productions ensures the well-protected and safe transportation and processing of products

Attendees will also hear an overview of how to identify the sales opportunities and vertical markets. Thinking about the sales approach differently ties into education themes throughout the weekend.
