The PSDA Supplier Directory is an exclusive printed directory of sources for print, marketing and related services for use by PSDA member companies. The guide is populated with company information from the Online Supplier Directory, but in order for the most accurate information to appear in the guide, each company must update its listing.

Q: Tell us about the products and services that your company provides.
A: As a wholly owned subsidiary of Time Inc., we provide “in-plant” magazine fulfillment services to our parent company and many other third-party publishers.
Q: Why did you join PSDA?
A: We are very interested in leveraging our deep fulfillment experience beyond the traditional publisher space. We provide outstanding inbound and outbound mail processing, customer care and data processing services and have a desire to offer these capabilities and associated scale to others.
Q: Is there a new product or service that you are interested in sharing with the PSDA membership?
A: We specialize in post-creative direct mail services. A dedicated team within our Mailing Services unit receives creative instruction, material requisition and campaign details from our magazine clients and converts that information into highly successful mailings. We will mail approximately 200mm direct mail pieces in 2014 at extremely competitive STD postage rates (90+% 5-digit and SCF entry).
Wilmer Updates Patient Sign-in Label Form
PSDA member Wilmer recently announced an update to its patient sign-in label form. As patient travel becomes more vital to illness diagnosis, Wilmer has added a column to address this concern. "Out of the Country Recently" has been added to the other questions asked on the form at sign-in.
At sign-in on the form, patients sign their name on the next available line while indicating the appointment time, who the appointment is with, whether it is a new or existing patient, and any changes to address, telephone, or health insurance coverage. The update now requests patients to designate whether they have been outside of the country. All of this pertinent data is still kept confidential by either the patients’ or receptionist’s removal of the protective label depending on the style of form chosen. Safeguard Acquires Assets of Team MHC
Vice President of PSDA member Safeguard, R. Scott Sutton, recently announced that the company has completed its acquisition of the assets of MHC Associates Inc. d/b/a Team MHC, based in the Minneapolis suburb of Burnsville. For more than 30 years, Team MHC has been an integrated marketing resource provider to companies throughout North America, helping them streamline and manage digital and traditional marketing materials through Web-based technology while maintaining critical brand standards. Terms of the acquisition were not announced.
Team MHC is the second Minneapolis-based company Safeguard has acquired this year. In July, the company announced the acquisition of QBF located in Plymouth. With the completion of this transaction, Safeguard now has as a part of its network 11 of the Top 50 Distributors, as published by Print Solutions magazine. As a result of the success generated by Safeguard’s Business Acquisitions and Mergers team, Safeguard recently became the first company in the industry to receive a coveted Dealmaker of the Year award by Franchise Times magazine.
