TAG 2015 Walk of Fame!

The stars were aligned for this year's TAG conference, with almost 300 in attendance. From Sue Gardner's thought-provoking and scary security predictions to Lucy Bernholz's launch of www.digitalimpact,io to the closing emerging technology session about blockchain technology, TAG members were dazzled by stimulating sessions and the glitz of the stars on Hollywood Boulevard!

Click here to download the presentations and view the photos. (Non-member attendees can access the presentations via the TAG 2015 mobile app.)

Many thanks to Jim Lynch of TechSoup for his blog post that is a wonderful summary of the conference.

TAG Board Announcements

Dues
In response to foundations who have found the jump in dues from $350 to $1000 to be cost prohibitive when they go over $250 million in assets, we are pleased to add an additional membership tier for foundations. All other dues categories will remain the same as in 2015. Effective January 2016, TAG dues will be as follows:

TAG Dues Foundation Asset Size
$150 < $25 million
$350 $25 million-$250 million
$650 $250 million-$500 million
$1,000 $500 million-$1 billion
$2,000 > $1 billion

Regional Meetings
In response to foundations’ request for more candid information-sharing, attendance at regional meetings may be restricted to foundation staff only. This restriction will be at the discretion of the meeting host and TAG executive director, depending on the location and topic. Notwithstanding the decision, an individual vendor or consultant may be invited to attend the meeting as a presenter or subject matter expert.

If you have any questions about these policy changes, please contact Lisa Pool at lisa@tagtech.org or 610-688-6832.
