Chief Executive Officer
Gerard Mansour is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Aged & Community Care Victoria (ACCV). ACCV is the single and united voice within Victoria for providers and other organizations associated with aged and community care. This includes residential care, community care, retirement or independent living and bush nursing. Gerard is the spokesperson for ACCV on behalf of the aged care industry including church and charitable sector, private providers, community organizations and public providers. Gerard is a graduating Fellow, Executive Program for Non Profit Leaders at Stanford University. He has a Master of Arts, Bachelor of Arts (Social Science) and Diploma of Youth Work. He has worked for over 25 years in leadership roles within industry associations and is the inaugural CEO for ACCV since its inception in July 2006.
