Grant Robinson, Foundation Chair in Medical Informatics, Faculty of Medicine UNSW
Grant Robinson, is a natural resource scientist working for the NSW Office of Water. His experience analysing and managing natural resources information, particularly forestry and water resource data began in 1981. In 2008 he was appointed to a new role as Information Quality Coordinator for the state agency's water monitoring unit.
After years spending time on data cleansing and rework, Robinson now facilitates a continuous improvement program, that focuses on measurement, data gathering and management of water resource data, underpinned by ISO9001 certification.
Grant is a founding member and director of the International Association for Information and Data Quality.
