Dr Leif Hanlen Senior Researcher eHealth business engagement NICTA ACT
Dr Leif Hanlen received a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Newcastle, Australia, in 1999. His undergraduate studies were supported by the New South Wales Electrical Transmission Authority. He received a PhD in Channel Modelling and Capacity Analysis for Multi-input, Multi-output, Wireless Communication Systems in 2004 from the University of Newcastle.
Dr Hanlen is the Director of NICTA's eHealth business team, which is responsible for developing new data analysis for national scale personalized health. Leif has 3 patents and over 70 peer-reviewed publications. His work focuses on moving imagination to national impact.
