Peter Fleming Peter Fleming, CEO, National E-Health Transition Authority
NEHTA Chief Executive Peter Fleming is tasked to lead the national vision for e-health in Australia. Under his leadership NEHTA has delivered SNOMED CT, an internationally recognised database of clinical terminology, AMT (Australian Medicines Terminology) and most recently the Healthcare Identifiers Bill which are key foundations to enable e-health nationally. Mr Fleming is focused on progressing the adoption of e-health standards of national significance through implementation and collaborations in the healthcare sector which will enable the flow of health information. Prior to joining NEHTA Mr Fleming was with the National Australia Bank. He is also past CIO of the Colonial Group and Mayne Group Limited. He has extensive experience in large scale technology transformation and stakeholder management.

Ilkka Kornhonen Ilkka Kornhonen, Professor, Information Technology for Healthcare, Dept of Biomedical Engineering, Tampere University of Technology, Tampere, Finland
Professor Korhonen has more than 20 years of experience in research and development and business in healthcare engineering and especially in health IT. He is a Senior Business Advisor and Consultant for eHealth/mHealth and biomedical engineering businesses via his own company. Earlier, he has been Senior Manager in Wellness Business Program at Nokia Corporate Development. Before joining Nokia, he was working with Technical Research Centre of Finland (VTT) holding various research positions. His research interests include personal health systems, biosignal processing, and eHealth/mHealth, among others. He has more than 100 original scientific peerreviewed publications in international scientific journals and conferences, and several patents.

Dr Kos is responsible for the Microsoft vision for the future of healthcare in Australia, and how Microsoft technologies and partner solutions make that a reality. With a background in clinical medicine, Simon has worked with clinicians, management and governments for over 10 years on some of the largest e-health programmes in Australia. Dr Mann has come to KPMG Australia from Wales where he was Head of Clinical Design in the NHS Wales Informatics Service. He had major responsibilities there for the design of the national architecture and the IM&T systems and services within it, including the Welsh Clinical Portal which is an integrated web-based electronic health record solution with order communications capabilities. Robin has directed and delivered national e-health programs for trainee doctors, co-authored medical training curricula in collaboration with NHS Scotland and the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges, and developed professional education packages for the Royal College of Physicians of London.
