2013 Aquadex Travel Award

AAHFN has partnered with Gambro to offer the 2013 Aquadex Travel Award to ten (10) individuals to attend this year’s AAHFN Annual Conference June 27 – 29, 2013 in Montreal, Canada. Each award recipient will receive free meeting registration and $1,000 to cover travel expenses. All applicants to be considered must meet award eligibility and submit the application below to AAHFN by Friday, April 26, 2013. 

To be eligible candidates must
• be an active AAHFN member
• be a first time conference attendee
• be an individual without institutional funding
• be an individual engaged in full-time or part-time employment

Applications will be reviewed and selected by the AAHFN Membership Committee and notifications will be prior to Friday, May 17, 2013. Please send any questions to information@aahfn.org.
